Ballach Lifestyle is an independent design studio based in Mannheim, Germany, founded by fashion designer Alexej Ballach.
Working at the intersection of contemporary design, product development and production, the studio creates considered concepts and individual solutions for fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and gastronomy.
Alongside its own fashion labels, Ballach Lifestyle collaborates with selected brands and businesses to develop products that combine creative vision with material knowledge, functional construction and a clear understanding of how things are made.
From idea to realisation.
Every project begins with an idea. We translate concepts into tangible products through design, material research, technical development, prototyping and sampling.
Our work extends from individual design assignments to complete product development and production coordination. Through a network of specialised manufacturing partners in Germany and internationally, we connect each project with the appropriate expertise, overseeing the process from initial concept to finished product.
Design and production are not separate disciplines. They are part of the same process.
